Check out the unboxing of the Terraforming Mars Ares Expedition Board Game by Stronghold Games. This game is for 1-4 players – ages 14+. Standard game play is approximately 60 minutes.
Terraforming Mars: Ares Expedition is a hand management game with many ways to victory. Players earn mega credits (money) and resources by playing project cards and utilizing their abilities based on the current phase that was chosen by the players. Phases are opened each round based on which of the five were chosen.
The game is over when the oxygen, temperature, and flipped ocean tiles reach their max. The player with the most victory points wins.
This is a very fun game and a great modification of the original Terraforming Mars game. We had a great time playing Terraforming Mars: Ares Expedition and will definitely be bringing out on the table again soon.
