Monsters on Board Game Playthrough

Check out the Playthrough of the Monsters on Board Game by by Final Frontier Games. This game is for 1-4 players – ages 12+. Standard game play is approximately 45-60 minutes.

Monsters on Board is a dice drafting game with end game bonuses. The game is played over six rounds and players are trying to collect the most Spook Juice for the big party. Players will roll four dice, and place them in their fear mobiles, pick one and send the car off to the platyers to their left, players continue to do this until everyone has chosen four dice. Each die coordinates with a same colored goon who will advance through the neighborhoods to scare folks. As the goons move through the towns players will gain various bonuses.

Each die has a variety of symbols on them that allow you adjust your dice and path, and unlock more scoring options for the endgame. At the end of each round players will have the opportunity to purchase cards from the market, which give players more opportunities to gain end game points.

The player with the most spook juice points at the end of the game is declared the winner.

This is a very thematic Halloween style game that our family really enjoyed playing. I will say, the upgraded fear mobiles added to our experience and made it more special. The artwork has a lot of personality and brings loads of value to the game.
